Playing
Atmospheric and ambient baritone work, mostly. The register below where guitars usually live.
Why baritone
A baritone guitar sits between a standard guitar and a bass. It makes room in an arrangement instead of taking it.
The practice
Strumly exists because the practice tools available were built for beginners or for nobody. A coach that answers like a coach was the missing piece.
A practice session
Warm up with the tuner and a metronome target. Work one scale in one position. Ask the coach why your pinky keeps collapsing. Log it.
Practicing with a metronome without hating it
Set it slower than you think. Play until it is boring. Move it four clicks. Repeat.
The session, tool by tool
The warm-up needs a tuner and a click, and FretPulse has both, plus an intonation coach that compares the open string with the 12th fret. For one scale in one position, the guitarchords.info scale trainer lights the whole neck once you pick a root and a mode. Asking the coach is Strumly: it scores each chord change as you play and hands you one drill for next time. That drill is the log, since the next session picks up where this one stopped.
